'Making an Impact' Conference April 29th, 2009

On April 29th, 2009 Jigsaw4u will hold a conference at:

The conference is aimed at all of those that work with children or whom are involved in planning child services. The conference will focus on children and young people’s participation in services for Grief Support or Disability and include discussion about Young Runaways and Service Provision. Young people will explore how and why the charity succeeeds in listening to and working with them in order to help them move forward with their lives.
Case studies, research, government and social policy will all be discussed but at every stage of the day, children and young people will be sharing their thoughts and experience. They will provide a forum for debate and discussion, as well as lead a number of workshops.

The attendance fee is Ј150 and delegates will have the choice to attend three of the following workshops:
- Grief Loss and Trauma
- Disability
- Young Runaways
- Setting up a service
