UBM sponsored Golf Day raises over £2,700 for Jigsaw4u
UBM recently organised and sponsored the Jigsaw4u golf day, held at Horne Park Golf Course; a great success, raising over £2,700 for the charity.
It is safe to say that all those who took part had a thoroughly enjoyable day with a competitive round of golf, 'beat the pro' competition, raffle and celebrity auction.
Over 100 golfers enjoyed a fantastic day at Horne Park hosted by its captain Colin Cornhill, Sales Director at UBM. "We wanted to support our friends at Jigsaw 4u whist showcasing our family friendly club".
The team at UBM are extremely grateful to all those who came and supported the day. "Jigsaw 4U is a wonderful charity", said Terry Woods, Managing Director of UBM "which supports children and young people through loss and trauma whilst also empowering them to have a voice in decision-making about their own lives".
Anne Davies, CEO Jigsaw4U commented that " the generosity of the attendees and the support shown by UBM is invaluable to Jigsaw4U and also for helping to raise our profile locally. We are delighted that we raised today, a significant sum for our charity. Thanks to everybody who helped make the day such a success."
