Fraser became a Trustee in 2017. His professional experience is within the financial services sector, currently with the NatWest Group.
Sarita became a Trustee in December 2019, having had previous Trustee experience with a women’s domestic violence charity. Her professional experience is within the business management and professional services sector and she is passionate about both improving life chances for children and equality.
Ann became a Trustee in autumn 2019 with particular responsibility for safeguarding. A social worker by profession, she has had a career supporting children and young people including, latterly, as a Jigsaw4u Team Leader. On leaving that role Ann’s involvement with Jigsaw4u continued through the Friends Group before joining the Trustee Board.
Georgina joined Jigsaw4u in Sept 2019. Over the years, she has supported vulnerable and homeless young people into accommodation and independent living, and into education, and employment both as a case worker and partner in multi-agency housing, education and welfare service delivery. Currently, she oversees the planning, financing and funding of urban regeneration to create inclusive and sustainable places to live and work for future generations.
Jan became a Trustee (and Board Secretary) in 2013 following previous involvement with the Friends Group supporting Jigsaw4u fundraising. Her professional background was in Central Government. Also active in school governance, Jan is a Trustee of a small local Multi-Academy Trust.
Lara became a trustee in May 2014. She has worked as a HR professional in the private sector for over 12 years and has also had various volunteer positions alongside working and studying over the past 20 years.
Jean became a Trustee in autumn 2013. She has worked in business development and research for Barnardos and Children England. Now working in Central Government, Jean has held a number of different roles across a range of Whitehall Departments.
James became a Trustee in Summer 2014 and he is currently Jigsaw4u’s Treasurer. His background is working with charities and other not-for-profit organisations to help them develop their fundraising and demonstrate their positive impact.
Chair of Trustees
Mary started volunteering at Jigsaw4u as a Child Advocate in 2013, became a Trustee in 2016 and was appointed Chair of the Board in 2019. She has extensive experience of the UK regulatory environment and has worked for many years across a number of Treasury disciplines in various Financial Services Organisations.
